Delivery 

Sanneh hair extensions delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK.  Delivery cost may vary to some countries outside the u.k . To be certain please order over the telephone or send us your order by email with your address and we will send you a paypal invoice.

 

Orders are dispatched either by our Couriers ,Royal mail Next Day Delivery or Recorded Delivery (1st Class). In addition, our suppliers may use a courier service whereby a signature is required.

We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the Products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time, which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your Order, as quickly as possible. Please note that while items sent by Royal Mail Recorded delivery usually arrive within 2-3 days, Royal MailTM stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost. We cannot be held liable for items that do not arrive in the estimated time frame; this should be taken up with Royal Mail TM. All orders once dispatched are then held responsible by the courier, Royal Mail TM.

Please Order with enough lead-time to prevent any loss or disappointment resulting from the delivery time as Sanneh hair Shop cannot be responsible for thisand we will not issue refunds for this reason.

For orders over 500grams  please allow 7 days before shipping as some items are made at point of ordering

 

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERIES:

Before placing your order, please note: All completed orders are dispatched within 1-2 days of reciept.  Next day delivery is available on most items. Orders must be received between 9:30am and 11.30am to be processed the same day. Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm will not be delivered until Tuesday the following week.  However, you can request a Next Day Gauranteed Delivery for a Saturday at an extra cost of £5.00 by calling us.  If you need to change your delivery address after you have placed an order please contact our Customer Care Team.

Delivery Costs

International orders are delivered by royal mail international delivery allow 4-6 days.  if you would like an express delivery the delivery charge will vary. if you would like to pay by paypal please email your order and we will send you an invoice or call and pay via telephone with credit/ debit card.
Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information
